UPPER ABDOMEN – PERINEUM (00700-00952)

1. Dr.Jack provides anesthesia during an exploratory laparotomy for a perforated bowel obstruction and also documents a separate charge for arterial line insertion. Later he initiates positive pressure ventilation. The patient is P3 and the chart indicates that the case was an emergency because of septic shock. –
2. Anesthesia for ventral hernia in the lower abdomen of 76 year old patient. –
